STEP 3: SUBMIT TO BE ACCEPTED [FIRST COME FIRST SERVE]

STEP 4: BE SURE YOU HAVE ALL SALES TAX, SALES LICENSE AND CARD READER SERVICES SET UP.

REQUIREMENTS OF VENDORS:

  • ARRIVE & SETUP PRIOR TO EVENT START TIME

  • COLLECT SALES TAX

  • PROMOTE EVENT ON YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA CHANNELS

  • REMAIN SETUP UNTIL END OF EVENT

  • CLEAN UP AND RESET YOUR TABLE SPACE

NO REFUNDS OR RAINCHECKS WILL BE GIVEN FOR VENDOR FEES. WE ARE A VOLUNTEER ORGANIZATION PLEASE BE ACCOUNTABLE AND RESPECTFUL OF THE ORGANIZATION AND THE TIME OUR VOLUNTEERS PUT INTO TO CREATING THESE OPPORTUNITIES FOR OUR MEMBERS.

By submitting to be a vendor you agree to comply with the following: - Setup PRIOR TO EVENT START TIME day of event - Vendors who have not arrived 30 MINS BEFORE START TIME will not be permitted to setup - Remain setup and available until end of event, even if you are out of inventory - Clean up space after event, reset your table(s) and take all belongings with you. - In the event of a no show, no preference or refunds will be given for future MARKETS - Do your part to promote the event, YBC tags #BoothsatBarley posts on instagram and FB and resharing spreads the love and gives you easy content to do your part and promote.
